Menopause: Nutrition Wellbeing Workshop

Service Description

A joint workshop with Emma Cutler and Sonja Colman, based around the latest scientific evidence on nutrition and health for Peri and Post Menopausal women. Historically women's health, in particular 'The Menopause', has been poorly researched for the plain fact that menstrual cycles create complication in scientific study and consequently expense - as well as being 'that subject that no one discussed'. However the science is now beginning to catch up, with breakthrough discoveries being made on a frequent basis - and much less stigma. This workshop will also be beneficial for both women who have not had any menopausal symptoms yet (Pre Peri-Menopausal) as well as those who are well past the menopause (Post Menopausal) and do not experience any further symptoms. There will be light refreshments available including appropriate snacks. Please advise in advance any allergies or food intolerances.

Cancellation Policy

For online classes, if I have booked a single class I will give a minimum of 2 hours notice of cancellation prior to the commencement of the class. Any cancellations made after this time will be paid for. For all other classes, if I have booked a single class I will give a minimum of 5 hours notice of cancellation prior to the commencement of the class. Any cancellations made after this time will be paid for. For all Personal Training or One to One Sessions please allow 12 hours notice to cancel and reschedule. Any cancellations made after this time will be paid for at the normal rate. For Workshops/Retreats, I will give a minimum of 5 days notice for cancellation. For Special Offers i.e. Block Booked Sessions such as Six Weekly Classes/Courses/ Five or Ten Week Personal Training Blocks, Class Passes or any other discounted offer please note the following:- I am entering into an agreement with Align Yoga to provide a service to me. Any payment made is in lieu of this service and its costs and is non-refundable or transferable so enabling me to receive these amazing discounts and special offers.
